    Description

    Sweet little bowl from Iceland, a tourist piece of pottery that recreates Iceland's folk pottery tradition.
    May be from "Glit."
    3.25" tall X 6" wide, X 2" diameter base
    Stamped/embossed "Iceland SA Handmade" on base.
    Frilled top.
    Red clay Bowl.
    Glaze is shiny brown like chocolate syrup, with cerulean blue and cream, spontaneously applied.
    Outside of bowl also has textural lumps that resemble lava leavings.
    Lovely, old fashioned looking piece of pottery!
